Site visit. During the Feasibility Study, we thoroughly evaluate the viability of your project. Our expert team assesses factors such as site conditions, zoning regulations, and budget considerations. We work closely with you to understand your vision, requirements, and desired outcomes. By conducting detailed assessments and feasibility studies, we ensure that the project is viable and aligns with your goals before moving forward to the next stage.
Design. Your individual style expectations gives us the direction we need to put you in touch with the right architect who will bring your ideas to reality.
Budget. Our QS reviews your plans to ensure that your budget and design align. You will be provided a draft followed by the final budget, this will be referred to through the build giving confidence that you are on track to meet your budget with no surprises.
Construction. The Construction stage is where your dream home takes shape. With a dedicated project management team overseeing the process, we commence the construction of your custom home. Our skilled craftsmen, using the finest materials and techniques, bring the design to reality. Throughout this stage, we maintain open communication, provide regular updates, and address any challenges that may arise. Our goal is to deliver impeccable craftsmanship, attention to detail, and timely completion, ensuring that your custom home exceeds your expectations.
